Service Description – Repair Services: We offer professional repairs including screen replacements, battery swaps, and component fixes for mobile devices and computers. – Parts Usage: Repairs may use new, refurbished, or customer-provided parts, as agreed upon during the service request. – Nationwide Coverage: Services are available across the USA, with shipping options for device drop-off and return.

Customer Responsibilities – Device Submission: Customers must provide accurate device details (e.g., model, issue) and ensure devices are free of hazardous materials or illegal content. – Backup Data: The team is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Customers are advised to back up data prior to submission. – Authorization: Repairs proceed only with customer approval of the estimated cost and timeline provided after initial assessment.

Service Fees and Payment – Estimates: A diagnostic fee of $20 may apply, credited toward repair costs if approved. Final costs will be quoted post-assessment. – Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of repairs, accepted via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. – Non-Payment: Unpaid repairs may result in device retention until payment is received, with a storage fee of $5 per week after 30 days.

Warranty and Liability – Warranty: Repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship, excluding damage from misuse or accidents. – Limitation of Liability: The team is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, downtime) beyond the repair cost, except in cases of gross negligence. Termination of Services
